By making a submission, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the music, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the work.
   

• Your submission does not infringe on the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.

• You retain full ownership of your submitted music and all associated intellectual property rights.

• By submitting, you grant Analog Bxby a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform or display the music for the purposes of evaluating, promoting, or featuring your work on our platform or in related promotional materials.

Analog Bxby is under no obligation to:

• Use, feature, or publish your submission.
   

• Provide feedback or updates regarding your submission status.
   

• Return any materials you submit.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Contains unauthorized samples or unlicensed material.
   

• Promotes violence, hate, illegal activities, or discrimination.
   

• Is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting your music, you represent and warrant that:

• The submission is your original work or that you have all necessary permissions to submit it.
   

• The submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
   

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights outlined herein.

Analog Bxby is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any claims from third parties related to your submission.

Your personal information submitted with the music will be handled in accordance with Analog Bxby's privacy policy. We will not sell or share your personal data without your consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analog Bxby, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your submission.

Analog Bxby reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued submission of content after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Analog Bxby strictly prohibits any submissions that include content created or generated by artificial intelligence. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Music, lyrics, beats, or any other audio components generated or assisted by AI tools or algorithms.

​

• Any use of AI software or systems for the creation, modification, or enhancement of your submission. By submitting your work, you confirm that it is entirely human created and does not involve AI technology in any part of the process.​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
